Chatt Tech out of GCAA Tournament after first-round loss to Georgia Highlands

SMYRNA – Chattahoochee Tech's season came to a close on Tuesday night after an 88-74 loss in the first round of the GCAA Tournament at the Smyrna Community Center. The Golden Eagles, the league's No. 2 seed, fell behind early to the No. 7 seed Georgia Highlands and fell short in a second-half rally attempt.

Potter, Hennings and Bennett receive conference honors

DEMOREST, Ga. – Chattahoochee Tech men's hoops had three players honored in the GCAA Division I all-conference teams released this week, including point guard Amonte Potter as first-team All-GCAA, first-team All-Freshman and conference Freshman of the Year.
