Former Golden Eagle Asauhn Dixon-Tatum prepares for senior year at Auburn

During his junior campaign, last year for the Tigers, Asauhn averaged 3.7 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 14.0 minutes per game, while playing in 32 games.
Shot as respectable 46.0 percent from the field and 65.9 percent from the free throw line. True to form he also led the team with 44 blocks, which was 6th in the SEC. Posted significant games of 10 points (4-4 fgs), 3 rebounds, 1 steal in 15 minutes vs. Kentucky; 12 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks and 1 steal vs. Murray State; 9 points, 5 rebounds, 3 blocks in 15 minutes vs. DePaul; 8 points, 3 rebounds at No. 17 Missouri; 5 points, 3 blocks and 2 rebounds at Alabama; 9 rebounds, 6 points and 3 blocks vs. Furman, and 8 rebounds and 4 points in 17 minutes vs. Florida State.

During his sophomore year at CTC, he averaged 10.9 points, was ranked fifth nationally with 11.8 rebounds and led the NJCAA Div. I with 5.4 blocks per game for the Golden Eagles. He earned second-team All-GCAA honors as well as Defensive Player of the Year honors. He was named GCAA Player of the Week for averaging 12.6 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks during the week of Feb. 23. He totaled 23 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks while going 7-of-8 from the floor and a perfect 9-of-9 from the free throw line in a 57-56 loss to Albany Tech in the GCAA Tournament first round.
