Grimsley's record-setting 37 not enough to pull out win at Southern Crescent
Griffin - Aysia Grimsley broke the single game school scoring record with 37 points on Wednesday night, but it was not enough to collect the road win at Southern Crescent, as the Lady Eagles dropped a hard-fought 69-65 decision.
Eagles fight off very good SCTC team, 94-84
Griffin - The CTC Eagle men had to go into the fire of the GCAA DIII defending champs home, and came out having to fight for the win in the end.

Lady Eagles fall on the road at WGTC, 90-48
Carrollton - The Lady Eagles took a tough 90-48 loss on the road at West Georgia Tech.

Carrollton - The CTC Golden Eagles were able to pull away for an 82-57 road win over an always tough West Georgia Tech squad at Oak Mountain Academy in Carrollton.

Golden Eagles open season with solid win over Summer Hill
Cartersville - After several days of postponements due to damp gym conditions, the Golden Eagles were finally able step on the floor Sunday afternoon. The Summer Hill post grad club was took the brunt end of the built up energy, as the CTC men raced to a 124-54 win.
