Emerson, Ga.-The Golden Eagles men (10-2) turned a 49-41 lead at halftime into an easy 114-85 victory over Brother 2 Brother, scoring 65 points in the second period. CTC was led by 24 points, 10 rebounds and six assists from Keith Ray, who was joined in double-figure scoring by Donald Jordan (21), Jalen Mitchell (16), Malik Jordan (15) and Jeremiah Shaw (13).
Nkem Ojeh was huge in the paint with 12 rebounds and six blocks to lead CTC in both categories. Mitchell added 10 rebounds, and J.J. Simpson finished with nine points and four steals.
The Golden Eagles shot 51 percent from the field. Jeremy Collins of B2B was the game-high scorer with 32 points.
