Emerson, Ga.—Chattahoochee Tech women's hoops made it 2-0 over West Georgia Tech this season, as Janelly Plummer came up big for CTC in a come-from-behind win. Plummer scored 39 points, much of it in the second half and overtime, to eke out an 86-80 win.
Plummer was the driving force behind CTC's second-half comeback, as the Lady Golden Eagles (13-1) trailed 41-34 at halftime. Plummer's 39 points were two off her career-high, set in the previous game, and came on 14-of-30 shooting from the field and 9-of-12 from the line. She added 11 rebounds and nine steals.
Mariya Trimble had 18 points, a team-high 16 rebounds and six steals, while Tymeshia Dozier had 18 points.
